In 2007, Customertimes became an SAP partner and in 2008 a Salesforce.[1] partner.
In 2010 CT established an outsource custom development practice serving companies across the globe.
In 2013 Customertimes opened its first office in the United States.
In 2014, Customertimes launched its first product on the Salesforce AppExchange, CT Pharma[2] to support field sales forces in the life science industry. In 2015 the product was extended to support CPG industry with CT CPG[3] product.
In 2016, Customertimes became a Platinum Salesforce integration partner.
In 2018 Customertimes opened European headquarters in Paris, France.
In 2019 CT established a formal integration practice supporting several integration technologies.
In early 2020 London and Frankfurt offices were opened.
In 2020 CT established Cloud services practice supporting Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Plarform etc. [4]
In 2021, Customertimes launched CT Vision[5] on Salesforce AppExchange. CT Vision is an AI-powered retail execution tool with image recognition for retail store checks, including shelf detection, planogram compliance, and share-of-shelf calculation.
In 2022, CT established a formal DATA practice supporting several industry-leading data platforms.
In 2023 CT established a full-stack Microsoft practice.

[edit]In 2019, Customertimes participated in the Salesforce Lightforce Project in the Philippines, aimed at providing solar-powered lighting to communities without reliable access to electricity.
The company is a member of the Pledge 1%[10] initiative, which encourages businesses to contribute 1% of their product, time, and resources to charitable causes.
In November 2020, Customertimes announced its partnership with PepUp Tech[11], a non-profit organization focused on empowering future tech leaders through education. James Goldfinger, the Chief Customer Officer at Customertimes, joined the board of directors at PepUp Tech to support its mission and impact on students. He also served on the Salesforce Partner Advisory Board for Ecosystem Equality, promoting diversity and inclusion within the industry.
In 2021, Customertimes collaborated with Pause'Autism to support families with children on the autism spectrum, contributing to the development of a dedicated facility.
The company also began partnerships with Ukrainian charity organizations “Blagomay”[12] and “Seeing with the Heart” in 2021[13][14][15][15].
With the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine in 2022, Customertimes launched the "Give Back to Ukraine" fund to aid those affected by the war. The fund has supported employee volunteer efforts and provided essentials, such as housing, medicine, clothing, and food, to those impacted[16][17].
