Cristian Sahdala (Born September 29, 1998) is a businessman, entrepreneur and investor in recognized American franchises such as The Maids International, Stratus Building Solutions and Iron Gate Enterprises.
In 2017, Cristian immigrated from the Dominican Republic to the United States to start operations in his first business established in Nashville, Tennessee. Two years later, he became the number one franchisee in the commercial cleaning industry which allowed him to start investing in the growing Nashville Real Estate market.
Eager to continue growing his investment portafolio, Cristian opened his second business in the challenging market of Miami, Florida. In that same year (2022), he tripled the size of his operating territory becoming the highest growing residential cleaning company in the country.
Sahdala's latest business move has been starting his new venture in the development industry. His portafolio includes $16 Million in Real Estate projects in the first few years of operations.
In 2023, Cristian started perusing his life-long goal of becoming a Ferrari Ambassador by acquiring a car collection of several exclusive models from the brand. Becoming one of his youngest customers he has been invited to several exclusive events all over the world.
