Crexendo (NASDAQ: CXDO), also known as Crexendo Business Solutions is an Arizona-based a telecommunications company established in 1995 providing cloud communication platforms and services.[1][2][3]
Overview
[edit]In 2021, Crexendo acquired the UCaaS company NetSapiens for US $50 million.[1][2] In the following year, the company acquired the IT company Allegiant Networks.[4]
Crexendo started a partnership with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in 2024 to support its cloud communication solutions.[5] In the same year, the company received the Frost & Sullivan Leadership Strategic Leadership Award, its 24th industry award.[3] Crexendo was also ranked #1 in 19 satisfaction categories in the 2024 Spring Reports by G2.com.[6][7][8][9]
As of 2024, Crexendo has different go-to-market strategies, including direct to consumer, through channel partners, or to service providers. On its direct and channel business side, the company offers Crexendo VIP, an all-in-one business communications service, and Crexendo VIP CX, a customer experience and support platform & service.[7][9] Crexendo has over 5 million users worldwide on its NetSapiens platform, and more than 100,000 users join each month.[10][5]
