Conor Cunniffe is an award-winning Irish advertising and creative professional with extensive experience in branding, digital product design, and customer experience.
Early life and education:
[edit]Cunniffe grew up in County Leitrim,[1] a small county in the Northern and Western Region of Ireland.
From 2006, Cunniffe attended Carrick-on-Shannon Community School in Carrick-on-Shannon, Ireland. During this time he was an active member of the in-school radio station, a new media outlet that allowed him to explore his creative tendencies and eventually led him to pursue a career in advertising.
In 2010, Cunniffe along with two schoolmates conducted a study to compare visual, auditory and kinaesthetic learning styles.[2] The study involved conducting lessons and tests in various learning styles to see how students responded and performed.
After obtaining his Leaving Certificate, Cunniffe enrolled in the BA (Hons) Advertising programme at Southampton Solent University. One of Cunniffe's teachers described him as "an outstanding student" with "undeniable talent."[3]

In 2019, Cunniffe was chosen to represent Ireland in the digital category of the Young Lions competition in Cannes.[5] The following year, Cunniffe represented Ireland yet again in the eurobest Young Creative Integrated Competition 2020.[6]
Before joining Droga5, Cunniffe worked for DDFH&B, where he worked for over two years, producing creative work for brands such as Lucozade, Liberty Insurance, DCU, and The National Lottery. This role offered him a wealth of experience in both the strategic and creative aspects of advertising.
Earlier in his career, Cunniffe briefly worked as a Freelance Copywriter at Chemistry, a creative agency in Dublin, where he worked on clients such as Tesco Mobile and the Irish Blood Transfusion Service. He also completed a summer internship at McCannBlue (formerly McCann Dublin) in 2013, which cemented his decision to pursue a career in advertising. During his internship, Cunniffe had the opportunity to contribute to live briefs and gain valuable insights into the creative process.
