Citizens Bank International Limited[2] is a commercial bank, an ‘A’ class commercial bank licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank[3] and has branches across the nation with its head office in Kathmandu which provides most of the banking services[4]
The bank's shares are publicly traded as an 'A' category company in the Nepal Stock Exchange.[5]
