Submission declined on 3 September 2024 by Ca (talk). This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

- Comment: Notability: Many of the articles are written by the team itself so they are not independent sources. In addition, [1] are interviews of the team's representatives. It is useful as a source on the team's history/values/decisions/etc but it is not an independent source.Promotional language:
The Casper Squadron is a group of energetic individuals
According to whom? Did any publication / industry veteran / hockey player described them as "energetic"?Reaves aimed to elevate the sports and entertainment scene in Casper, hoping to transform it into a hub for high-level sports and community engagement. The Casper Warbirds are an ice hockey team based in Casper, Wyoming. The team competes in the National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) and was established in 2024. The Warbirds were relocated from Provo, Utah, and are set to begin their inaugural season in the 2024-2025 NCDC season.
History
[edit]The Casper Warbirds [1] were founded in 2024,[2] originating in Provo, Utah. The move to Casper, Wyoming, was part of a strategic plan led by Christopher W. Reaves, Governor of the team and experienced entrepreneur.[3] Reaves aimed to elevate the sports and entertainment scene in Casper, hoping to transform it into a hub for high-level sports and community engagement. To accomplish this, he reached out to the community to ensure they were part of the team's identity and success. The community was actively involved in naming the team,[4] [5] designing the logo,[6] and selecting the mascot. The team's name, "Warbirds," pays homage to Major Gale Cleven, also known as Buck, an Air Force pilot from Wyoming who flew bombers during World War II.[7] [8] The team's mascot, Bucky the Warbird,[9] is inspired by Buck's legacy and represents the team's fighting spirit and resilience.
Community Engagement

The Squadron also serves as brand ambassadors in the community, attending watch parties and team events to promote the game of hockey.
