Camillo Pwamang,is a Ghanaian public servant who is the current the Deputy Clerk, Legislative Management services (LMS) of the parliament of Ghana. He is a professor in Management

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION Camillo Pwamang had his secondary school education at Navrongo secondary school in 1984-1989 where he obtained his ordinary Level Certificate(O'Level). and Advanced Level Certificate(A'Level) in 1990-1992 at Accra Workers College, respectively He further obtained Bachelor of Arts(Philosophy & Political Science) at University of Ghana in 1993 - 1997,got his Post Graduate Certificate in Public Administration at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration(GIMPA) in May – June 2011, Master in Business Administration (Finance) at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration(GIMPA), and Bachelor of Laws Degree(LLB) at Mount crest University College, Accra in 2013 – 2016. . He was called to the Ghanaian Bar in October 2018.

''FAMILY LIFE AND PERSONAL Pwamang is a Christian. He's married and has 3 children. He was the Principal Assistant Clerk with over twenty-five(25) years of experience serving in various procedural offices in the Parliamentary Service. During the period, he provided procedural, administrative, managerial and information support services to: Parliament, Parliamentary Service Board, Leadership and Committees of the House.

Crown Agents organized a training of "Governance, Risk and Compliance", "Forming an Effective Board", and "The Agile Manager" which he participated. in 2018 he attended a Seminar for Ghana Parliament organized by Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College, China. The US State Department in September. 2011 organized an International Visitor Leadership USA Programmed of US Foreign Policy & Energy Security which he participated. In March. 2007, Camillo participated in a training organized by CPA/World Bank Institute, of the Budget Cycle, Oversight and Public Accounts Committees. February. 2006 CPA/World Bank Institute, had Parliamentary Financial Scrutiny with the purpose of the Role of the Public Accounts Committee of which He participated. in November. 2004 the Bureau of Parliamentary Studies and Training, Lok Sabha, India organized a Parliamentary Internship he participated in. December. 2003 World Bank Institute/GIMPA, Accra, Ghana. had a training on Strengthening Parliamentary Oversight in Ghana. December. 2002 Landtag of North Rhine Westphalia, Germany had a training on Administration of Landtag of North Rhine - Westphalia. He participated in The Alternative to Socialism: An Examination of Basics organized by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, Harare Zimbabwe in July. 2001. He attended a seminar in August. 2000 and May. 1999 on Legislative Drafting, Advocacy and Memoranda Writing organized by National Democratic Institute – Ghana

CAREER PROGRESSION In January 2018 he became the Principal Assistant Clerk. August 2006 to January 2018 he was the Senior Assistant Clerk In January 2002 to August 2006 he was Assistant Clerk Grade I October 1998 to January 2002 he was the Assistant Clerk Grade II

WORK EXPERIENCE In Jan 2017 he held the position of the Head, Minority Secretariat, Parliamentary Service which he Liaised with the Clerk to Parliament and management to provide administrative and information support to the Leadership and Member of the Minority/Majority Caucus. In July 2009 to Jan 2017 he was the Head, Majority Secretariat, of the Parliamentary Service which he Coordinated the implementation of the departmental strategy plan. March 2012 he was the Clerk, CPA, Africa Region Secretariat, Tanzania which he was Clerk to the Programme, Planning and Finance(PPF) sub-committee and the Budget Committee of the Executive Committee. Advised the chairpersons on matters of procedure and the financial regulations. July 2022 he was the Assistant Coordinator, Planning Committee on Hosting of 66th CPC of which Assisting the Clerk to Parliament and Management to plan and coordinate the hosting of the 66th CPC in Accra, Ghana. April 2021 to March 2022 he was the Secretary, Parliamentary Service Board of which he Arranged the business of the board, tracked the implementation of decision; recorded and distributed minutes of Board meetings and maintained accurate record of proceedings of the Board. Jan 2001 to Jan 2022 he was the Parliamentary Committee Clerk and Advised Chairperson and Members and provided general administrative support. First Clerk to facilitate the public sittings of the Public Accounts Committee in 2005. Nov 2009 to April 2021 he was the Assistant Secretary, Parliamentary Service Board which he Assisted the Secretary to arrange the business of the Board, maintain records, draft and keep the minutes, and track the implementation of decisions of the Board. In Aug 2001 to Jan 2009 he was the Assistant Secretary, Parliamentary Service Entity Tender Committee. He Assisted the Secretary arrange the business of the Tender Board, review bids for projects and services, maintain records and drafted and kept minutes of the Tender Board. In 2009 to 2017 he was the Technical Committee on the Review of the Standing Orders of Parliament. he was the Member of the Working Group which developed the Corporate Strategic Plan for Parliament and the Parliamentary Service for the period 2020 to 2024. In 2006 to 2009 he was the Member, of Parliamentary Service Team to Support PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC). he played the duties as a Member of the Team constituted by the Clerk to work with PwC that developed the 2006 to 2009 Strategic Plan. In 2005 to 2008 he was the Member of Secretariat, Steering Committee on Establishment of PTI
