Boukari Laouali Chaibou (born September 28, 2002, in Niamey, Niger) is a Nigerien jurist, writer, public figure, and entrepreneur. He is known for his work in the fields of law and literature.[1][2][3][4]
Early life and education
[edit]He holds a literary baccalaureate and pursued legal studies at a private university in Ouagadougou. He later continued his education in Paris, where he obtained a Master's degree. His academic background laid the foundation for his subsequent career in law and public service[5][6][7]
Career
[edit]He has served as a special legal advisor to the Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies of the Republic of Niger. His work in this capacity involved advising on legal matters related to the energy sector, particularly focusing on renewable energy initiatives. His contributions to this field have been recognized, leading to his knighthood in the Order of Merit of the Republic of Niger.[6][1]
