Blanford Barnard Dougherty (October 21, 1870 – May 27, 1957) was a teacher, college president, politician, and education reformer in North Carolina.[1][2]
Appalachian State University has a collection of his papers.[3]
Dougherty died May 27, 1957 after suffering a cerebral haemorrhage.[4]
