Bill Russell (born June 7, 1981) is an American football coach. He is the head football coach at Norwich University. Russell served as an assistant coach at Norwich from 2008 to 2023. He is an alumnus of Mount Ida College and played college football as a fullback on the Mount Ida Mustangs football team, serving as team captain his senior year. Prior to joining the staff at Norwich, Russell served as the linebackers coach his alma mater.
