Submission declined on 29 November 2023 by BuySomeApples (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Pitchblack Playback
[edit]Gomori founded Pitchblack Playback in 2016.[9] In an interview with AOL.com, he said of the events origins and ethos: “I want to change the way people listen to albums and get back to the way people used to -- revere them and get inside them, obsessed with them. People grow up listening to crappy Bluetooth speakers and headphones, and I want to show them there’s something better to strive for.”
He cites the inspirations for the event as a combination of attending a press preview of Amon Tobin's album ISAM[10] and Samuel Beckett's play Endgame[11], the first act of which is held in the dark.
