Avril Herng is a young author from Malaysia with a passion for creating mysteries and adventures. She spends her days immersed in storytelling, music, and studies that fuel her creativity. When not working on her books, Avril enjoys traveling, outdoor sports like tennis and rock climbing, as well as reading and exploring the arts.
At just 11 years old, Avril published her debut novel, Laura Taylors: The Case of the Phantom’s Emerald, which was inspired by her time in London. Avril is also the front cover designer and illustrator of this book, weaving her vision of the story into every detail. She hopes readers of all ages enjoy joining Laura on this exciting journey.
