Ava Lloyd (born 13 August 2005) is a British middle distance runner.[1]

Career

A Wigan and District athlete, she is a member of the same training group as British middle distance runners Keeley Hodgkinson and Georgia Bell. She placed 10th at the 2023 European Under-20 Championships in Jerusalem with a 1500 metres time of 4:23.78.[2]

She ran 4:12.07 at the Watford BMC Grand Prix in June 2024 for the 1500 metres.[3] She reached the final of the 1500 metres at the 2024 World Athletics U20 Championships in Lima, Peru, placing fifth in the final.[4][5]

In November 2024, she was named by British Athletics on the Olympic Futures Programme for 2025.[6]
