The Atma Samyama Yoga (Sanskrit: आत्मसंयम योग, romanized: Ātma-Saṁyama Yoga) is the sixth of the eighteen chapters of the Bhagavad Gita. The chapter has a total of 47 shlokas.[1][2][3]
