Anthony Dexter Fernando (born 23 July, 1978) is a Sri Lankan Educational Consultant, Marketing Adviser and businessman. He is the managing director of Viswam Campus (Pvt) Ltd, which is a private sector educational institute in Sri Lanka. Educated at St .Benedict’s College, Kotahena, Colombo 13, and Sri Lanka. He graduated from the Cardiff Metropolitan University, United Kingdom with a MBA in 2015, Phd (Management) in 2018 from Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology (UMECIT) - Panama. In the year 2018, he established Viswam Campus (Pvt) Ltd, where he conducts lectures for several undergraduate programmes in field of Marketing Education. In 2015/2016, he was elected to the post of hony. Secretary of the Association of Justice of Peace of Sri Lanka for which post he was re-elected for the year 2017-2018. At the AGM held on 2019, Dr. Dexter was elected as a Deputy President for the year 2019/2020.

Dexter was born in Colombo. He did his schooling at St. Benedict’s College. Dexter graduated from the Cardiff Metropolitan University, United Kingdom Fernando founded Viswam Campus in February 2018. In 2022, Fernando along with Karthika Gomez started Modern Group of Companies.
