Early Life and Education Anthony Clark McMullin was born and raised in St. George, Utah. He completed his Associate of Science degree at Dixie State College (now Utah Tech University) and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations from Southern Utah University in 2006.
