"Ya šabāba-l'arbi hayyā wanṭaliq yā mawkibī" (Arabic: يا شباب العرب هيا وانطلق يا موكبي; "Arab youth, raise and march to fight your enemies"), also known as "'Aša Ba'athu-l'arabi!" (Arabic: !عاش بعث العـرب; "Long live the Arab Ba'ath!"), is the anthem of the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party, composed by the Lebanese Elias Rahbani and written by the Syrian Sulaiman al-Isa.

History

The lyrics were written by Sulaiman al-Isa. Elias Rahbani composed the music. The exact date of when the anthem was written and composed is unknown. The anthem carries the values ​​of the socialist proletariat that the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party called for.
