Andrew Stevens should link here Andrew T. Stevens was a state legislator in Pennsylvania. He was black.[1]

He represented York County.[2] He served in 1920 and 1922. He was a Republican.[3]

He introduced anti-lynching legislation that passed in 1923.[4]
