The Ancient Order of Druids in America (AODA) is a traditional Neo-Druidic order rooted in the Druid Revival movement of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. They walk a path of nature spirituality and inner transformation founded on personal experience and reconnection with the living earth rather than dogmatic belief. Founded in 1912 as a branch of the Ancient and Archaeological Order of Druids, the AODA today is a 501(c)3 religious non-profit organization based in the United States that welcomes a diverse, equitable and inclusive membership of other Druidic and spiritual traditions.

The order fosters a commitment to ecological awareness through its support for; The Cornell Lab of Ornithology, The Xerces Society, United Plant Savers and the Rewilding Institute. Members adhere to an Earth honoring lifestyle by celebrating the cycles of nature through seasonal rituals and engage in spiritual exercises that include traditional esoteric studies, and involvement in the arts and natural sciences.^[1]

The Grand Grove

The AODA Grand Grove provides leadership to the order and consists of four Archdruids and appointed officers. The Grand Archdruid of the order since 2019 is Dana O’Driscoll.^[2]
