Biography

[edit]

He discovered DPVAT insurance in 2004, and opened an office to intermediate receipts and legal actions against insurance companies, becoming one of the largest offices in Brazil in 2007, leading several insurance companies to bankruptcy due to having to compensate victims of traffic accidents.[2]

Controversy

[edit]

In 2008, he was sued by FENASEG, the leading insurance company, accused of several crimes by the insurance company, being arrested and having the arrest revoked after a few days, and responding to the process in freedom, he proved his innocence and was acquitted with a request made by the public ministry of the state of Para.[3]

In 2016, after creating an English course for the public education network, he was accused by the public ministry of fraud, and was arrested for investigation because he was taking his course in several cities in Brazil and the public ministry based the arrest request in the DPVAT action that had not been tried until 2016, accusing Alberto Pereira de Souza junior of benefiting from public money and because he had already been arrested for DPVAT he should be arrested to be investigated.[4][5]
