A Farewell to Arms is an upcoming film written and directed by Michael Winterbottom. It is an adaptation of the Ernest Hemingway novel of the same name. Tom Blyth is set to star.

Production
[edit]The film is produced by Fremantle, Passenger and Michael Winterbottom's Revolution Films with production from Melissa Parmenter for Revolution Films and Winterbottom executive producer alongside Richard Brown. The film is being made with the full agreement of the Ernest Hemingway estate. Principal photography is expected to begin in Italy in 2024.[1]
