History
[edit]In 28th april 2023, James Peter got an iPad from his father. When he got it, he started making music through Garageband, being his first instrumental project a song called “Disco City”, that would be later “Disc Jockey on the roll!”, then “The Roll!” and now the 11th track of the album, “O pequeno almoço é assim!”. Then he continued to create those projects, even some of those being in the band’s second upcoming album, Álbum Barco (BATATAS FRITAS COM PUDIM. In 12th July 2024, 3 days after Gustavo and James were inspired by a friend of their's to continue with the band, went with a recent friend of their's, Rafaelo, to Gustavo's house, hours before watching Inside Out 2 on the cinema. And they enjoyed the time before the movie recording songs to release. Those songs were Burrice em família (irmões de um raio), My Phone Song and an incomplete version of Olhó Iogurte. After recording Burrice em família, James saw a news paper from the 60's on a wall, about a contest where the participants had to draw a cover for a history called "A história simples de um homem modesto", where Gustavo's grandpa had won. James was interested in how the newspaper looked very well as an album cover to him, so the band planned to record an album which cover and name was based in that. So they continued to record new material and record over some of James’ instrumental projects. And they made 'A "História" Simples de um Homem "Modesto"', released 24th September 2024.
