3EC Crew
[edit]3EC Crew is a Sri Lankan-American music band, originally formed in 2005. The band gained prominence for its unique blend of Sri Lankan and American musical influences, reflecting the diverse backgrounds of its members. Initially active in Sri Lanka, the group relocated to Orlando, Florida, in 2010, where they continued their musical journey.
History
[edit]3EC Crew released their debut album, The Trinity, in 2007, which included their hit single "Adaretai (Hurt You)." The song gained significant popularity, especially on platforms like YouTube, helping the band establish a dedicated fan base.
Following a hiatus of nearly a decade, the group resumed its musical activities in 2020. They released several singles, including "Why You Wanna" (2020) and "Eda Dhew Madhure" (2022), and have been working on their second album.
