2028 Queensland state election

The 2028 Queensland state election will be held on 28 October 2028 to elect all 93 members of the 59th Parliament of Queensland. Subject to the Constitution (Fixed Term Parliament) Amendment Act 2015, the election will occur on the final Saturday of October four years after the previous election.

It is expected that the incumbent Liberal National government led by David Crisafulli will attempt to win a second term against the Labor Opposition led by former premier Steven Miles.
