The 2024–25 Saudi Second Division will be the 48th season of the Saudi Second Division since its establishment in 1976.
Neom are the current champions.[1]
Team changes
[edit]A total of 32 teams will be contesting the league, including 25 sides from the 2023–24 season, 3 relegated teams from the FD League, and 4 promoted teams from the Third Division.

Foreign players
[edit]On 1 June 2023, the SAFF announced that the number of foreign players was increased to 5 per team.[2]

Promotion play-offs
[edit]Both teams that finish second in Groups A and B will face each other in a two-legged match with the winner gaining promotion to the FD League.
