The 2024–25 Saudi Second Division will be the 48th season of the Saudi Second Division since its establishment in 1976.

Neom are the current champions.^[1]

Team changes

A total of 32 teams will be contesting the league, including 25 sides from the 2023–24 season, 3 relegated teams from the FD League, and 4 promoted teams from the Third Division.
