The 2020 MPBL All-Star Game was an exhibition game played on February 13, 2020, during the 2019–20 season of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). It was the second edition of the MPBL All-Star Game, which similar to the previous edition, took place at SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay.
The South Division won against the North Division for the second consecutive season in overtime with a score of 126–122. Jeff Viernes was declared the back-to-back All-Star Game MVP.

[edit]The two coaches of each division's highest-ranked team up to that point coached the all-star rosters of their respective divisions. The two coaches ended up being Randy Alcantara of the San Juan Knights for the North All-Stars and Don Dulay of the Davao Occidental Tigers for the South All-Stars, the latter becoming the first two-time all-star head coach.
