Douglas Richmond Bell (4 November 1908 – 19 October 1944) was an English track and field athlete who competed in the 1934 British Empire Games.
At the 1934 Empire Games he won the silver medal in the discus throw event and finished fifth in the hammer throw competition.[1]
Captain Bell died in service with the York and Lancaster Regiment in World War II[2]
