Career

[edit]

Hollý made his Fortuna Liga debut for AS Trenčín in an away fixture at pod Dubňom against Žilina on 11 September 2021.[1] He came on as a substitute for Samuel Lavrinčík in the 90th minute, ending in a 1–3 in favour of Trenčín, set by Madu, Kadák and Azango, as well as Dávid Ďuriš' strike for Šošoni.[2][better source needed] One month later, Hollý made his league debut in an away fixture against ViOn Zlaté Moravce, only to be replaced by Abdul Zubairu after 73 goalless minutes.[3][better source needed]

On 22 February 2024, Hollý signed a multi-year contract with Czech club Jablonec.[4]

In December 2022, Hollý received his first call-up to the Slovakia national football team for prospective players' training camp at NTC Senec.[5] He debuted on 5 June 2024 in a friendly match against San Marino, coming on as a substitute to another debutant Tomáš Rigo in the 68th minute of a 4–0 victory in Wiener Neustadt.[6]
