Distribution
[edit]This species is indigenous to the West Indies and Central America and South America.[4] It is also found in Bolivia, Mexico,[5] Florida, and Puerto Rico.[6]
Habitat
[edit]Dennstaedtia bipinnata lives in moist to wet, acidic soils in forested areas.[5]
