Vice-Admiral Darren Carl Hawco CMM MSM CD is a former officer in the Royal Canadian Navy. He commanded HMCS Ottawa between 2006 and 2007. Later in his career he was Commander, Canadian Fleet Atlantic from 2012 to 2013, Director General of Cyber Warfare from 2013 to 2015, Chief of Force Development from 2015 to 2018, and Canada's Military Representative to NATO from 2018 to 2020. He retired from the navy in 2020.
