Daniel Amram (born August 13, 1997) is an Israeli journalist, network anchor, and social activist.

Biography

[edit]

Amram was born into an Orthodox-Lithuanian family and grew up in Bnei Brak. He is the fifth of nine children and studied at the Orhot Torah yeshiva.

At the age of 17, he began questioning his faith. He documented his feelings in Facebook posts and even published a video in which he burned tefillin. After the video's publication, Amram received significant criticism and threats, prompting him to move to the United States. Later, he apologized for burning the tefillin.[1]

He lived in Florida and then settled in New York.

Journalism

[edit]

Daniel Amram's journalism, mainly consists of Doxing on social media networks.[1]

Amram claims that he has a journalist certificate in the United States. Due to the fact that he operates in Israel and the United States, he sometimes reveals details that in Israel are subject to gag order.

In July 2023, Amram exposed young men attacking foreign workers on bicycles. The police made arrests, and the attacks ceased. That month, he also published a four-part investigation on ultra-Orthodox network star Livi Nakhimovski, leading to an episode of "Exposure" where Nakhimovski presented her side. The investigation series was later removed.[2][3]
