Cristina Quintarelli (24 August 1963 – 4 November 2023) was an Italian swimmer. She competed in the women's 100 metre butterfly at the 1984 Summer Olympics.[1]

She got a bronze in the 100 butterfly at the 1979 Mediterranean Games, and took part in the 1977 and 1981 European Aquatics Championships and in the 1978 World Aquatics Championships.[2] She also was the Italian record holder in the women's 200 metre butterfly.[2]

Quintarelli died in Rome on 4 November 2023, at the age of 60.[3]
