Cristiano Caccamo (born 21 March 1989[1][2]) is an Italian actor. He is best known for his roles in television series including Il paradiso delle signore, Che Dio ci aiuti, and Don Matteo, as well as the Netflix comedy-drama film Under the Riccione Sun.
Early life and education
[edit]Cristiano Caccamo was born in Taurianova, the son of poet and writer Michele Caccamo. He has one brother, Gabriele.[2][3]
At the age of 15, he left his hometown to attend a boarding school in Assisi.[4] He graduated from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome.[2]
Career
[edit]Caccamo was encouraged by his father to work full-time as an actor.[2][5] In 2010, he made his theater debut as a soldier in the play Ciechi.[6]
