County Galway was a constituency represented in the Irish House of Commons until 1800.
History
[edit]In the Patriot Parliament of 1689 summoned by James II, County Galway was represented with two members.[1] Following the Acts of Union 1800 the county was represented by the Westminster constituency of County Galway.
