The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Russian: Конституционный Суд Республики Башкортостан, Bashkir: Башҡортостан Республикаһының Конституция Суды) was a subnational constitutional court of Bashkortostan, a republic within Russia. The Court exercised constitutional control over regional laws adopted by Kurultay (the regional legislature) and decrees of the Head of Bashkortostan, being the court of single instance for such cases.

The Court was established pursuant to Art. 106 of the Bashkortostan Constitution and Part 1 of Art. 15 Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan "On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan" in 1992.

The Court consisted of a president and three judges, all nominated by the Head of Bashkortostan and confirmed by the Kurultay.

The Court sat in the Republic House in Ufa.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan was disestablished by the 2020 amendments to the Constitution of Russia, among other constitutional and charter courts of the Russian federal subjects. In its place, a new advisory body has been established in the form of the Constitutional Council, which does not have any judicial powers. However, according to amendments to the Constitution of Bashkortostan, the basis for the formation and appointment of officeholders in the newly formed body remains the same as in the Constitutional Court before.
