Coleophora semicinerea is a moth of the family Coleophoridae. It is found on the Canary Islands (Fuerteventura), Morocco, southern Europe[2] (France, the Iberian Peninsula, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, Greece, Crete and Cyprus) and Yemen.
The larvae feed on Colutea arborescens.
