Cold Harbour is a hamlet in the South Kesteven district of Lincolnshire, England.[2] It is located at the junction of the A52 road between Grantham and Donington and High Dike[3] between Grantham and Ancaster.[4] The hamlet is in Old Somerby civil parish.[5]

There are several theories on the origin of the settlement name Cold Harbour, which occurs in several places: it may mean a "cold", or no longer inhabited, "harbour" or refuge.[6]
