Christopher Gavigan (born April 19, 1974) is an American entrepreneur, author, and one of the co-founder of The Honest Company.[1][2][3][4]

Education

He received degrees in environmental science and geography from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has graduate training in child psychology and education. He is also an ecology and science teacher in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area.[5]

Career

In January 2012, Gavigan along with his business partners Jessica Alba and Brian Lee co-founded The Honest Company.[1]

Gavigan has served as the CEO of Healthy Child Healthy World, an ecological activist organization,[2] and also was the founded Pinnacle Expeditions, a California-based adventure travel company catering to teens.[6]

Gavigan is the founder and CEO of the therapeutics brand PRIMA.[7]

Gavigan married Jessica Capshaw in 2004. They have four children together.[9][10]
