Discussion

[edit]

Eastern Orthodox should be a subcategory of Christian. -- Szabi 08:25, 9 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Likewise, Wiccan (and probably Druidic and Ásatrúar/heathen) should be under Pagan, most likely. Nae'blis 19:32:36, 2005-08-31 (UTC)

In view of some of the esoteric religions listed here, I am surprised that there is no entry for Sikh Wikipedians. I would not be in this category myself (I come under Christian Wikipedians and Interdenominational Wikipedians) but find it hard to believe that there are no Sikh Wikipedians. I absolutely second that. However I have no clue how to edit this page. Will somebody help me? -- Amit 16:03, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion

[edit]

This category and its subcategories are literally divisive, and should be deleted.Proabivouac 08:56, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I totally support that. -- FayssalF - Wiki me up ® 17:58, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I totally respect your sentiments, but I don't think believing in a particular faith HAS to be divisive -- Amit 16:03, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I have to agree, mainly because of the potential for abuse by those who make exaggerated claims of bias in Wikipedia. The numbers aren't representative because it's self-selected, but people can miss or ignore that fact and claim Wikipedians are godless heathens based on graphs like this. Oh, and there's no section for Pastafarians. --Qwerty0 (talk) 23:13, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Atheism: Yes/No?

[edit]

So, we should include Category:Atheist Wikipedians in this, yes? (Please no quibbles/squabbles [squibbles?] about whether Atheism is/is not a "belief". We're supposedly including "[other] spiritual, superstitious, mystical, or supernatural views" here. Atheism is certainly a view about the spiritual, superstitious, mystical, and/or supernatural.) -- Writtenonsand (talk) 04:35, 8 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Seeing as Category:Agnostic Wikipedians and Category:Ignostic Wikipedians are both here I'd think atheism fits here as well. Zero is a number, bald is a scalp condition, etc.--T. Anthony (talk) 02:16, 27 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
On a related note, how about adding the Pastafarian Wikipedians? A 'parody' religion perhaps, but taken very seriously by some of its adherents. LK (talk) 12:22, 27 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Added atheism back

[edit]

So long as it's fine to have the agnostic subcategory it should also include atheists, there is no reason to include agnostics and not atheists. C6541 (TC) 21:35, 18 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
