Contested deletion

This category should not be speedy deleted as being unpopulated, because there is a userbox that should be linked here(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:User_ECU). Anyone with this userbox could appear on this category page but wouldn't have been until new edit of userbox to include usercategory.
