This category appears to have been duplicated by Category:Wikipedia requested photographs in Richmond County, New York; Richmond County encompasses the same area as Staten Island. I assume it would be best to just keep this category as Staten Island is located within New York City and the category is similar to the subcategories that have been set up for the other boroughs in Category:Wikipedia requested photographs in New York City.
