Vessels Captured BY the United States Navy

Here is a list of vessels captured from the United States Navy, however, there is no list of vessels captured BY the United States Navy. Is this due to a bias against the United States Navy by those who created this list? Or, is it due to lack of work from the otherside to make a list of vessels captured by the United States Navy?
