It seems to me that this list should contain a link to the 1887 Reinsurance Treaty between Germany and Russia. This treaty might be seen by many people as a treaty that is absolutely necessary to the completion of Bismark's foreign policy. Since Bismark united Germany and conducted foreign policy for over twenty-five years, it is possible that this idea could have some merit. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.162.154.176 (talk)
