[edit]The Category:Towns and villages in the Republic of Ireland by county and the Category:Towns and villages in Northern Ireland by county and the Category:Towns and villages in Ireland by county exist. The only entries to the latter category should by the RoI an NI categories. It is pointless for Tipperary to report to both the RoI cat as well as the parent cat. Tipperary should only list the RoI category. Laurel Lodged (talk) 14:22, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
- How many times have you been warned for depopulating categories without discussing them first? This is yet another example of your glaring disregard for wikipedia's rules and guidelines. What is the reason for this? Snappy (talk) 23:40, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
- Some say "depopulating", I prefer to say, "correcting error". The logical tree structure should be respected as it it for every other Category:Foo of Ireland by county. In all cases, their only entries are Foo of NI by county and Foo of the RoI by county. Why should this category be any different? Laurel Lodged (talk) 11:30, 22 May 2011 (UTC)
