I notice that with this edit @Chongkian has removed some WikiProject banners, explaining that "it has its own wp banner". I am unclear what this means. Unlike categories, themselves, WikiProjects have no hierarchy and all the listed WikiProjects have an interest in this article category. Removing WikiProjects from the banner list deprives them of the opportunity to monitor and evaluate the quality of this article category and the articles it contains. Tagging an article with a WikiProject banner indicates a project is interested in this article category. However, these banners should not be removed, nor their presence policed, without the agreement of WikiProject members or a consensus being achieved about their removal.
