Establishment or Introduction

I would seem better to place this category into Category:Introductions by year as opposed to it current place. Television programs are not organizations and the word "debut" implies introduction. Greenshed 12:52, 13 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

US/UK/Canadian/Australian

At least for 1989, there are subcats for 1989 Australian television series debuts and 1989 Canadian television series debuts. Should US/UK ones not be similarly subcatted, assuming there are enough of them to justify it? Or should we lose the subcats and bring the Canadian/Australian ones into the main category?
