Should York County's malls be included since the combination of the Harrisburg and York metro areas this March? The North Hanover Mall, West Manchester Mall, and York Galleria would all qualify if so. New combinations of this sort raise questions about inclusiveness of associated categories. Inclusion of York County malls in this case might merit a name change to the category to reflect the inclusiveness. York's MSA itself has over half a million residents.
