Needs more subcategories

At this moment the only subcategory is category:Secondary schools in Palmerston North, which has six of the seven listed at http://www.pncc.govt.nz/City/Education/Links/Secondary.htm. There must be at least 30 other groupings that could be made along the same line of logic. Palmerston North Subcategory

The Palmerston North subcategory comes under 'S' not 'P'. I tried to fix this up but was unsuccessful. Help?
