POV article title

Article title should read Male television actors from Puerto Rico. The fact that people were born in Puerto Rico should not be (over) emphasized, as though that was the predominant feature about them. In my experience, multiple CFDs are rejected for lack of consensus. Yes, it does make sense. Unfortunately, we bring in too many others with lengthy and persuasive counters! I'd go with three or more Agree opinions if we get no Disagree votes. Student7 (talk) 19:56, 24 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
