This page should not be speedily deleted because the issues raised in the previous CfD have been addressed. The addition of entries to the category belies the false claim that WP:SMALLCAT applies, as the category not only can be -- but has been -- expanded beyond the arbitrary minimum. WilliamJE, withdrawing all of those nominations where your demands have been met, might well be perceived as a small act of good faith on your part to undo the damage you've been wreaking; the addition of entries to cross your minimum threshhold has been accomplished with ease at three of the four categories where you've been demanding speedy deletion without following through on your obligations under WP:BEFORE.
